Arrival...

We have all made it! The entire team from Northstar is here in Monterrey... Most of the group was very tired last night (Saturday night), but everyone seems pretty excited and refreshed from a 'good' night of sleep...

Some of the group had a delayed flight and had to wait at the airport for 8 hours (8 HOURS!! OCHO!!)... That's crazy! But they are all in good spirits now and I'm sure we'll have some good things to talk about today!

Today is Sunday and we are going to a childrens home that we typically haven't gone to in the past... It's called El Retiro Juvenile (sp?)... We call it ERJ for short...

ERJ is really cool for 3 reasons... 1. it's a Casa Hogar (childrens home) that's kind of out of the way, so there is a tranquility to it... 2. They have a grove of Orange and Tangerine trees... (totally delicious, the best sample of their kind) and, 3. They have a ropes course!!

All of the Casa Hogars try to develop a business model so that they can sustain themselves without the help of outside donations... ERJ has a ropes course that is maintained and run by some of the guys on staff at B2B (Juan and Antonio)... Juan is a world-class climber (he climbs rocks and mountains), so businesses pay tons of money to send employees through the Ropes course with Juan... Probably the most successful of all of the business models at the Casa Hogars...

I'll try to snap some pictures of the NSV team wiggling through the ropes course and post them later tonight!
